Thing in this Declaration is Her Name!
Capella Provost, Karen Viechnicki's ability to lie is exceeded
only by that of Capella's Chief Shyster, Greg Thom. We really can't
help but wonder what she puts in her Wheaties each morning!
In addition to the text version, provided below, we've also provided a copy of Karen
Viechnicki's official declaration (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)!
The only thing we've added below are comments and links to appropriate
sources that demonstrate, again, that Karen Viechnicki is a liar
and some fun commentary <grin>.
I, Karen J. Viechnicki, declare as follows:
- 1. I am the Provost of Capella University "Capella"),
defendant and counterclaimant herein. I make this declaration
in support of Capella’s Opposition to Plaintiff’s
Motion to Strike Capella’s Counterclaim.
- I make these statements of my own personal knowledge, and if
called, could and would testify competently thereto.
- I am familiar with certain of the comments made on Plaintiff’s
websites www.capellauniversity.org and www.capellanazis.com. Those
sites have pages and sections dedicated to making disparaging
and untrue statements about me. Copies of the relevant webpages
[sic] are attached hereto as Exhibits 5 and 6.
- 1 have also reviewed Plaintiff’s March 25, 2005 posting
on the University of Maryland University College forum (Exhibit
4 to Michael Offerman’s declaration).
- In each of these documents, Plaintiff falsely maligns my character,
calls me a liar numerous times, and claims that I engage or have
engaged in the following conduct: (1) lied to Federal agents;
(2) lied to Plaintiff; (3) lie to students generally; (4) planned
an attack on Plaintiff; (5) actively engage in retaliation against
students; and (6) ignore written University policy.
- Each of these statements is false. (1) I have not lied to Federal
Agents; (2) I have not lied to Plaintiff; (3) I do not lie to
students; (4) I did not plan nor make an attack of any kind on
Plaintiff; (5) I do not now, nor have I ever engaged in retaliation
against a student; and (6) I do not ignore University policy,
written or otherwise.

Facts:
- Karen Viechnicki is a liar. Period. The written
documentation on this site, alone, proves this fact.

that we're now fairly confident Karen Viechnicki
must be illiterate (or worse - perhaps she's an
anencephalic ).

both my professional reputation and that of Capella University.
Comments have been made to me regarding the website and its content
which create grave concerns for me. Repercussions are felt particularly
strongly at the recruitment level.

Look's like there are no
lifeguards in Viechnicki's gene pool! The fact that
Karen Viechnicki is a blatant liar only serves to
show that the world that the only person responsible
for her "professional reputation" is herself - that; however, would require something called "integrity" - which; obviously, Viechnicki lacks. |
