Diane Stottlemyer Has a BIG Mouth!
Diane Stottlemyer not only buys her bogus degrees from diploma
mills, but she also has a VERY, VERY BIG MOUTH. The fact
of the matter is, she seems to lack all sense of personal integrity
and actively engages in sharing any and all information received
from unsuspecting students with anyone who will
listen. Of course, she doesn't bother to tell her students about her
mouth.
Diane Stottlemyer played an integral role in Capella
University's deliberate and intentional retaliation against a student
who lawfully filed complaints against the "university" with
the United States Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights
regarding the incompetent design of WebCT and is at the very core of one of the lawsuits against Capella University. (WebCT is Capella's
online "course
room" that denies access to students with disabilities.) The fact is that
Diane Stottlemyer refused all direct communication with the student
(she sent him a total of four sentences, in three separate e-mails,
prior to the start of the course), she ignored that student, and she ignored Capella University's official written policies. Instead of acting as a real professional (which, obviously, she most certainly is not), she suffers from a severe case of oral
diarrhea and shares students' private and public
e-mails with everyone she can find. Of course, this is also done with neither the knowledge
nor consent of her students Furthermore, when Capella University
locked a student out of their "university," denied
him all due process, and then refused to provide any information regarding
their bogus charges against him, they too ignore their own policies as well as Federal laws. For example, one of Stottlemyer's unsuspecting victims demanded a copy
of his complete "education
record" as defined under the Family Educational Rights and
Privacy Act (FERPA). Not surprisingly, the Capella University ignored
their legal obligation to due so and, to this day, still has not
provided countless materials (including those from Stottlemyer's "class") over to him.
The following should provide just a few samples of Diane Stottlemyer's unprofessional
behavior:

Essentially everything that a student posted or e-mailed to Stottlemyer
was immediately sent to numerous others at Capella.

very first message to her.

- Tattletale - A student responds
to another student who was also complaining about Diane Stottlemyer's
incompetence (along with Capella's ongoing refusal to deal with
a lot of other significant problems). As to be expected, Stottlemyer
is too incompetent and unprofessional to say anything to the
student - it was more important for her to continue her attack,
instead.
- Diane Stottlemyer refuses to communicate
with a student and yet she claims that she's "offended"?! Not only does this demonstrate
that Stottlemyer is a hypocrite, but she's also a spineless
coward. Guess we can't expect too much from a charlatan like Diane Stottlemyer.

When a student writes a private introductory e-mail
message to an instructor, he/she certainly doesn't expect
it to be passed around like that latest gossip column.
That, however, is exactly what Diane Stottlemyer does
- as the following document attests, she contacted a
lot of Capella's jerks and liars (Jack
Krichen, Juanita
Ikuta, "MSTechadvisors, etc.") - without
ever informing the student!

What's wrong, Diane? Are you so incompetent that you refused
to share any concerns about the following message with
the student who wrote it and yet you shared it with the
rest of the world? Are you such wimp and too much of an
unprofessional coward to say anything to students when
they make legitimate comments? Obviously,
you're too much of an idiot to realize that you should
have also shared your "concerns" about this
message with the student!

Note that the second message from Diane Stottlemyer's
partner in crime, Kurt Linberg, announces his attack on
the student within ten minutes after receiving her drivel.

Poor Diane, She was
"Offended"
Talk about a backstabbing two-faced hypocrite! Diane Stottlemyer
was "offended" because the student pointed out that she had
refused all communication with him? Little did that student
know, at that time, just how big Stottlemyer's mouth was. As
already noted, she was flooding Capella University mail boxes with her
tattles. As the following e-mail attests, Stottlemyer
was sending posts from her "class" to other Capella goons,
including:
Obviously, Diane Stottlemyer is too incompetent to do anything
in her "course" by herself - she had whine to other Capella
idiots instead! Of course, the same morons (including those listed
above) were also too incompetent and unprofessional to stop
Diane's behavior. Perhaps they also bought their "degrees,"
like Stottlemyer did, from diploma mills!
