University of California, Irvine Extension
- Unholy Alliance With Capella University
Greetings visitors from UCI (well. . . greetings to those of you
that have a sense of ethics - something that Gary Matkin, Dean of
Continuing Education certainly appears to lack). We're glad you
stopped by for a visit. We hope you're having a great time - there's
just so much on this site for you to enjoy!
For now, we would like to help students who are taking courses
through University of California, Irvine Extension to find out a
bit more about why UCI has an "alliance" with Capella
University: Gary Matkin, Dean of UCI's University Extension just
happens to be "good buddies" with Capella University's
feeble President, Michael Offerman!

We're not sure what's going on but, suddenly, there's been a very
significant increase in visitors from UCI to this page. . . hmmmm.
. .what could be the cause? LOL! We're happy you stopped in, though,
we're sure that your enjoying some of the gory details behind FOR-PROFIT
Capella University and UCI. Of course, it's possible that you'll
be sickened by the materials that are now available on this site.
We've now posted information concerning the kickbacks that Capella
is paying UCI for each student that transfers to Capella's big bucks
programs, some of which are literally "taught" by "instructors"
who have purchased and used fake degrees from a real diploma mill!
For example, take Capella University's charlatan extraordinaire,
Diane Stottlemyer, she bought some of her degrees from Lacrosse
University. Not to worry though, if you write letters to school
administrators at UCI, or even to the unethical President of the
entire UC system, Robert Dynes (he's the guy that's been living
like a king off of taxpayer's dollars), they won't be answered.
Hmm. . . wonder why not?
For starters, visitors will want to know that Matkin and Offerman
are
members of a "secret society" to market online programs.
Details may be found on UCI's site. This, however, is nothing compared
to what we'll soon be posting! That material will demonstrate that:
- Capella University paid (or is paying) a whopping $40,000 to
"design" six online courses - we can't help but wonder if they'll
hire some of Capella's instructors, such as Diane
Stottlemyer who purchased her "graduate degrees" from a diploma
mill to teach
them!
- Capella University pays UCI $500 for each student from UCI that enrolls and completes
a few courses at Capella.
- Then there's another equally disturbing matter of the relationship
between Michael Offerman and Gary Matkin. While Gary Matkin refuses
to intervene when UCI students discover that they been scammed
by Capella - it turns out there's a good reason for his refusal.
It's because Mike and Gary are not only good buds but, it appears,
they help pat each other on the back. For now, let's just say
that Matkin requests and receives recommendations regarding job
performance (at UCI) from Offerman! Disgusting but true!
